Featured Literature Press – Letter to Future by eShan uncovers the Layers and Grandiose Contours of Existence with its Boundless Philosophical Prowess

Published by Notion Press in India, Letter to Futureis an exceptional work of philosophy, psychology, and linguisticsby the Indian-origin author eShan, a software professional from Singapore. The book manifests on a range of subjects that can affect readers psychologically and interrupt their natural thought process. The author’s expertise lies in striving ahead than the historical evidence and materialistic proofs to put out his theories and concepts in the limelight.

He is not denying the usual grand patterns of life, rather insisting that life and future of young generation could be better by seeing the humdrum of life beyond a staged set of rationality and logic. Readers may accept or disregard his fundamentals; nevertheless, humanity awaits a tide of change…thus, he delves beneath the superficialcusp of glory to bring on the table the pricking truth with an interesting fervent and ironic passion. His ideology to see and counter-attack traditionally trapped aspects through a different perspective lends a philosophical dexterity to the narrative.

The first half of the book plays around identity, family allegiance and registry system, gender crises and quality of life, whilst later on it takes a fruitful stance on exploring the core philosophy of Life and evolution of numbers, secret of numbers nine & ten, and how human languages evolved from the philosophy of numbers and Tamil language’s rich tapestry of class and lineage.  His explanation of the word tense and how it originates from number ten and how words decade&decay are philologically the same, can simply leave the readers in awe.

The first part compelsmany to think of rudimental fundamentals lying in abeyance about women’s power, prowess, and liberty as they are forerunners in relationships, marriages, and societies of progeny. It is a universal fact that they are shackled by relationships and patriarchal systems that re-instates no valid values but only reluctant tethering.

Author finds it tricky to devour that the societal structure has confined women from so many sides that they cannot live and lead alone. This belief is alive even today, sounding bigger than the modern skyscrapers. He deftly challenges all such superfluous traditions a stroke of brilliance. eShan’s attempt to make women free from popular jargons of ‘wif’ or wife and gender discrimination is absolutely a new topic of debate for people with intellectual depth.

Apparently, the later part of the book discloses a contest for linguistic philosophy and features Tamil language in the podium and traces the root of words in English and Sanskrit, to give the readers the doubt that all languages evolved from the philosophy of OM and philology embedded in the Tamil language.  Did we ever doubt the word “home” having “OM” in the middle.  Have we ever dared to ask why letter “H” is silent in the word “Honest”?   Can an RTI be filed for us to know the significance of silent letters in words such as honest, knife etc.?

As known and often quoted by many scholars over and again that Tamil is the oldest language of the world, equaling with Sanskrit, eShan equates Sanskrit to High Level Language (similar to computers languages like Cobol & pascal) created over Tamil for scholars and establishes that it could never have been a mother tongue for any and proves that most of English language was from Indian Languages and the evidence has been there in the words itself.

eShan believes that our lives are tied up together by our languages that not only work as a tool for communication but also shape and define the landscape of life’s grand design.

Thoroughly it is a book brimming with observations and critique that are inherently philosophical in nature. After reading the book with leisure of pace, if one cogitates honestly it can be concluded that a world could be a better place to live in if seeds of change are implanted now for the betterment of our upcoming generations.

The intent of the book is global with its rich and distilled tapestry of ideas and insights. It can be utilized by the world to better its chance of living standards. The scope of the book reaches beyond a family secret or self-improvement. It is a game changer book that the world is probably waiting for. Since philosophy is its essence and nourishes its soul, the author made sure that readers aren’t burdened by its weight and depth; hence, he penned it down with an implausible clarity that provides food for thoughts.
